Teresa Benson, Founder & Owner of e1evate™

My name is Teresa, and I am the Founder and Owner here at e1evate™.  I am so glad you stopped by to find out more about us. Please take time to browse through the pages and learn about our facility, our technology, and how we can best help you on your journey toward a healthier mind, body, and soul.

My goal with e1evate™ is to provide a relaxing, safe, and inspiring space for you to enjoy, where your body’s natural healing abilities take over. It is my intention to provide this technology to anyone that has a need for healing, including special programs for our Veterans, active military, law enforcement, and emergency management personnel. It is because of my own health struggles that I founded this place.

After suffering through a major health crisis that took away more than 10 years of my life, I learned to rely on more than conventional medicine. A delayed Lyme diagnosis and tens of thousands of dollars spent on doctors, tests, and treatments, offered no relief. Instead, it led me to discover alternative healing. It was my last hope. Through a combination of prayer, various energy technologies, a combined five weeks at a Lyme treatment center in Mexico, and the steadfast love and support from my husband and family, I got my life back. I was finally able to spend time with my 2 wonderful kids and 3 beautiful grandkids and get back to living a life well lived.

Through my struggles, I learned about natural supplementation and how to lead a healthier lifestyle to both help my body heal and to prevent reoccurrences of my illness. In 2022, I learned about the Energy Enhancement System™ and knew instantly that this was my destiny, to create a center of healing that I could open to the world. Because of my own health struggles, I hope to reach as many people as possible, and to help them discover the healing effects of energy therapy that e1evate™ offers.
