Prepare for your EESystem™ Session

Whether this is your first time, or you are a frequent visitor of our EESystem™, we welcome you! Congratulations on taking this huge step in regaining control of your health.

Following are a few recommendations to help you benefit the most from your time here.

  • Increase water intake several days before you arrive and after your session. Try to drink electrolyte enhanced and/or structured water, if possible. You need to be well hydrated to benefit from the system and its detoxifying benefits.
  • Take a detox bath the day before. This will prime the body for detoxification.
  • Dry brush the night before to get the lymphatic system freely moving. The lymphatic system is an important part of removing toxins from your body.
  • Please dress comfortably. If you cannot find the energy to change out of your pajamas, we understand and would be happy to have you.
  • Eat a light meal before you arrive.
  • Take a detox bath soon after your session. As the body heals it begins to release the toxins that have been trapped in various tissues. Those toxins need to be expelled and the bath is a great way to start the process of clearing them from your body. Also, continue dry brushing on a regular basis.

Detox Bath

The liver, kidneys and lymphatic system are the main systems involved in processing and eliminating the harmful toxins we are exposed to daily. All three systems can become overworked and congested if we do not help the body to purge them regularly. This is especially true after the detoxing the body may go through while inside the EESystem™.The detox bath is one way for you to help your body rid the toxins.

Following is the EESystem™-recommended salt bath recipe and protocol to use in conjunction with your sessions to assist the body in the detoxification process.

Ingredient amounts provided are for a general bath size.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Sea Salt (or Himalayan, if you prefer)
  • 2 cups Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Mule Team Borax
  • 2 Tbsp Hypercharged EESalt

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

  • Pine or other essential oils
  • ½ cup of bentonite clay
  • 2 tsp – ¼ cup ginger powder
  • 2 tsp – ¼ cup matcha green tea
  • 2 cups food-grade/regular Hydrogen Peroxide

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put ingredients in a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes or more with a wet towel over the chest (to help draw out toxins).
  2. It is beneficial to scrub skin while in the bath
  3. Magnesium lotion or oil with coconut oil following the bath.
  4. Ensure to remain hydrated with water.

Dry Brushing

Dry Brushing is another way to help the body rid toxins that build up daily and during the EESystem™ session. While the bath is targeted to help multiple players in the body’s detox process, dry brushing specifically helps the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is the body’s network of fluid-filled nodes, vessels, and glands with the main function of cleansing those toxins from the body and protecting it against harmful invaders. However, unlike blood, lymph does not have a pumping system and requires the muscle contraction of daily exercise to keep it moving so we can remain healthy.

Since your skin is your largest organ, this simple daily practice can help open pores, stimulate sweat glands, and get rid of dead cells. More importantly, it encourages the movement of lymph and blood, helping to clear built-up toxins. Dry skin brushing may also help soften fat deposits below the skin and diminish the appearance of cellulite.

The only equipment needed is a natural bristle brush, preferably one with a detachable long handle. It is important to keep the brush clean, as it will be removing dead skin and impurities from the body. Every few days, wash the brush with a mild soap, rinse well and towel dry (or dry in the sun). Allow 24 hours for further drying before using it.

Other Ways to Maintain a Healthy Mind, Body, and Soul

  • Ground yourself at least 30 minutes each day (find out more about grounding here: GROUNDING
  • Choose only organic, fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Grow your own food
  • Minimize animal protein intake
  • Increase hydration with structured and/or electrolyte water
  • Start the morning with Lemon Water (find out more about Lemon Water here: LEMON WATER
  • Spend at least 15-30 minutes out in the sun without sunscreen (creating natural vitamin D)
  • Walk in nature
  • STOP using fluoride – toothpaste and tap water
  • If you must use sunscreen, use benzene free
  • Pay attention to what you eat – use food for fuel
  • Dry brush daily and especially before an EESystem™ session
  • Meditate / pray daily
  • Be aware of your thoughts and words
  • Fill your heart with gratitude, compassion, and love – these are emotions that hold the highest vibrations
  • Take a detox bath at least once a week (and after every EESystem™ session)
  • Be kind to yourself
  • Let go of the things and circumstances that you cannot control with love and good will
  • Stop and smell the roses – and other flowers (their scent will raise your natural vibration)
  • Get a good night’s sleep
  • Watch and read uplifting and insightful information
  • Be of service to others
  • Move your body daily – stretching, dancing, Pilates, yoga, etc.
